Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement

By checking this box, I agree not to publish, teach or discuss, or attempt to impart, in any form or means, the discussions, inner teachings, lessons, and techniques given during the event/s until and unless expressly authorized in writing by the Institute for Inner Studies. I further waive any and all rights to sue or hold liable Master Choa Kok Sui and/or his various organizations for any physical, emotional, or psychological adverse reaction that may result from or may have been perceived or believed to have been caused by the said event/s.

I undersigned agree to allow the organisers to transmit my personal data to the Institute for Inner Studies, Limited office for student record purpose in compliance with the signed authorisation which was entered into by the IIS and Prana Miracles and give my consent for release and use of my personal information including my name, address, email address, contact number and Master Choa Kok Sui Courses that I will or had studied, I further declare that this consent has been given voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
